St. Paul’s Mission School proudly fosters camaraderie, competition, and character through its vibrant House System. Students are grouped into four Houses, each distinguished by a color and a powerful motto:

A Year of Purposeful Participation
Throughout the academic year, students engage wholeheartedly in a wide range of inter-house competitions—spanning academics, co-curricular pursuits, and sports. Every event contributes points toward the House’s cumulative score. At year’s end, the House with the highest combined performance in Academics, Co-curricular Activities, Discipline, and Attendance is awarded the coveted Lady Carmichael Trophy, a symbol of all-round excellence.
Leadership and Structure
Each House is represented by students from Classes 3 to 10, mentored by a Vice-Captain from Class 11 and led by a Captain from Class 12. This structured leadership model cultivates responsibility, teamwork, and school spirit—empowering students to lead with integrity and collaborate with enthusiasm.
