1. Respectful Behaviour
Students must address all staff (teaching and non-teaching) with respect and politeness on
their
way to and from school. Gentle behaviour is expected both inside and outside the school
campus,
honoring the school.
2. School Identity
All students must know the National Anthem and the School Song. Proper respect must be shown
to the School Tie.
3. Address Updates
Any change of address should be notified immediately.

5. School Calendar
- It is compulsory for students to carry the school calendar daily.
- Parents/Guardians should check entries related to schoolwork and homework.
- Pages allotted for communication may be used by Parents/Guardians to correspond with the school.
6. Private Tuition Policy
As per the directive from the Secretary, Diocesan Board of Education (Diocese of Calcutta,
Church
of North India):
- Teachers are not permitted to take private tuition of their students.
- Students may not take private tuition from any teacher employed at St. Paul's Mission School.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to advise others to follow the same.
1. Absence Over Two Days
Students absent for more than 2 days must bring their parents to explain the absence.
Private
reasons may be conveyed via letter.
2. Medical Absence
Students absent due to illness must submit a fitness certificate upon return. Diseases like
chicken
pox, measles, mumps require completion of the quarantine period.
3. Punctuality
• Assembly begins at 7:45 a.m.
• Latecomers will be sent home.
• School gate closes at 7:50 a.m. No entry allowed after that.
4. Mandatory School Functions
Attendance is compulsory for events like Sports Day and Patrol Day Service. Non-compliance
will
result in action.
5. Regular Attendance
Parents must ensure regular attendance. Students with less than 75% attendance in Classes IX
& X
will not be promoted.

The school uniform is compulsory on all school days and at all school functions.
Parents and guardians are requested to adhere strictly to the following

1. Suspension Policy
Any student guilty of indiscipline will receive only two warnings in the form of suspension.
After that,
their name will be removed from the school rolls.
2. Definition of Indiscipline
Includes:
- Playing truant
- Habitual late coming
- Disobedience
- Objectionable behaviour
- Wilful damage to school property
- Use of unfair means during examinations
- Indiscipline outside school while in uniform (e.g., group fighting, abusive language)
3. Language Policy
Students must speak in English on campus. Speaking in any other language may result in a
fine
and disciplinary action.
4. Prohibited Items
CDs, cassettes, books, periodicals, newspapers, and objectionable materials must not be
brought to
or exchanged at school or nearby. Seizure of such items will lead to suspension.
5. Examination Misconduct
Any attempt to use unfair means during examinations will result in cancellation of the
paper. A
second offence will lead to issuance of a transfer certificate.
6. Dress Code Violations
Mehendi, hair colour, fancy earrings, rings, bangles, and accessories are not allowed.
Violations will
incur a fine.
7. Mobile Phones
Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones
