Promotion is decided on the whole year's performance and not only on the annual examination.

Class V : 35% in English Language and in any other 6 groups/subject.

Class VI-VIII : 35% in English (group) and in any other 5 groups/subjects.

Class IX : 33% in English (group) and in any other 4 groups / subjects.

Class XI : 35% in English (group) and in any other 4 groups / subjects.
